Fretboard Trainer 1.0

This innovative app offers a hands-on approach to learning guitar notes by allowing users to practice on their actual instrument rather than a virtual fretboard. The program includes six distinct practice sessions:

• Open Strings
• Fret 3
• Fret 5
• Fret 7
• Fret 10
• Octave Shapes

During each practice session, the app presents random notes from the selected fret and audibly announces them through your device's speakers or headphones. Utilizing the microphone on your phone, the app listens for your guitar playback. Correct note identification earns you a point, while incorrect string selections result in a deduction of points. You have one minute to accumulate as many points as possible.

In the Octave Shapes session, the app prompts you with a random note and challenges you to locate it across all six strings. This session lasts for three minutes, urging players to identify as many notes accurately as possible.

This method proves to be both enjoyable and effective for memorizing musical notes on the guitar.
